Here's my entry, Tamiya 1\72 Ki-61-Id Hein. This is Captain Teruhiko Kobayashi's aircraft from Feb 1945. Five kills were 3 B-29 and 2 Hellcats.

Uncle Tammi sure knows his engineering stuff. The best one I ever built was the Tamiya Char B1 bis tank...that practically fell together. Never came across something similar again (yet)
