Nicely done fella..........it does work well on most colours. I also use Vallejo model color German Black Brown.....i just add a couple of drops to a paint pallet and slowly add a bit of water until i`m happy.......added advantage is being arylic it don`t smell and dries pretty quick.

I have tried it with Tamiya and X-20A but never been happy with the results as there was too much pooling for my liking. I even tried a brand I can’t remember that specialised in acrylic washes but although better it still didn’t match oils/enamels.

I tend to use the enamels mostly and being already pre-mixed makes it user friendly.....as long as you shake them during use, i tend to use the lighter Vallejo`s just to add variation over the darker enamel main wash, i mainly use the acrylics as a pinwash around the detail etc, i don`t use them as a general wash/filter as a whole.....or i`ll make my own from W&n oils and some odour free turpentine.....i find that the cheaper option , not tried any thing with Tam and X-20A before.
