Thank you kind chaps.
So far, Takom have done a great job of catering to my feeble skills, let's hope it continues.

Chaps. I've started on the upper hull. The reason for tackling this next is because it's a bit warped, not bad but bad enough. If you then consider both fenders are slightly warped too, you get an idea of why i havent fitted the running gear first. I think it's going to take a fair amount of care and handling to eventually mate the upper and lower successfully. I'll add a few more bits before I do but already I can see some work is needed where the front of the hull joins the lower.

Is it possible to leave the fenders warped and use it as damage?

I'm sure it's nothing you can't handle Mence But all the same, it is annoying having that in a new kit.

Is it possible to leave the fenders warped and use it as damage? If it was the outer edges I might have been tempted but as it's where the fenders mate to the hull I'm reluctant.

Nice details by the looks of it Mence. Is that mat inches or centimeters? Looks like Inches buddy. Overall length of the build is about 24cm.

Success, little by little I glued and clamped it, seems to be holding ok. On the downside, forgot to take a pic of the interior before I fitted the upper, will try to grab an image through the back doors for you.

Thank you chaps. Today I started the running gear. No issues, fell together, quite a bit of clean up though.

I bet that was a bit repetitive? Nice clean work though. Not as bad as a Panzer IV Thanks all, painting running gear at the mo and test fitting later, then I will see if not fitting the running gear at the suggested earlier stage has paid off.
