I hadn't noticed that, but now it looks all the better with the inner dustation on there

I hadn't noticed that, but now it looks all the better with the inner dustation on there I knew something was not quite right and when the penny dropped I couldn't leave it.
However, another lesson I have learned from this is to do the screens before fitting, and certainly before the etch wipers go on. A nightmate to put back on when you knock one off.

Good evening, Thank you all for the encouraging comments. Started on the base work, but as the title suggests, still a W.I.P What does one think? More soon. Tim

I'll give you the bigger picture my friend. Driving through the desert our crew's have stopped at an oasis and taken the opportunity for a quick swim, and to fill their water bottles. As they have no swimming togs, and this being a family orientated site I felt it best to leave them out of the picture. But just so you know, the oasis is just to the drivers left over the edge of the base I think a camel or two might be there also

After what feels like an eternity the Tax Season has ended. Button pushed on the last return this evening amid protestations of "this will not happen again" Might cut and paste that comment and use it again next January! Managed to get a little pigment on the wheels of the TT and the tracks of the Grant so a couple of pics to show current position. Think I will have time to get this ready for the season opener in Folkestone and see how it goes. More soon if the 6 Nations doesn't get in the way Tim

Looking on ter interweb came across a picture (B&W) of a sign in the desert which appealed to me and gives a sense of purpose to my little venture. Will paint the oil drum with white and red stripes and weather it up a bit and dull the sign itself down.
Hope you like. Tim
