Here’s my contribution to the GB, Modelcollect’s 1/72 Islander-M It’s complicated and looks a bit like a limited run kit as many parts don’t have locating pins but it’s well moulded and seems to fit well so far. 56 parts and 2 hours later we have this more as I can

Another 2 hours on this one brings the chassis together, yet more suzzy parts and the missile bodies. the instructions are just a bit hit and miss too.. anyone any ideas where this hole should be?

Looking smart Steve . As to your question, is there any sort of indent-mark on the model itself? Maybe that is the location point for your hole

Proof of life.. just! Tonight’s happy hour was fitting the 8 hubs with 2 susp arms each, that broke into 2 each when handled at all. So that was 40 ‘bits’ in total Guess it’s my fat hands and fading eyes Also cleaned up the fuel tanks and fitted the cab floor, plus some other stuff that wasn’t in the pic thats it for now but progress is progress eh?
