Nice Rusian flying thing Chris! Dick, as the AAVT7-A1 (here we call him "CLAnf" - Carro de Lagartas Anfíbio) has a complex (and complete) interior, I think my brain can't deal with the Japanese little car and the tuna boat...  BTW, a pic of the subject:  |

Today I actually visited a model shop. Something i haven't done in a LONG time. I went to Frome model centre which is stuffed to the gunnels with kits. I picked this beauty up for under £30 which was a real score.  I also picked these up in an art shop, just the same as say little cars lenses but a fraction of the price!  |

Nice pick up Pete ................those lenses are the same ones i use, did ya get `em out of the Range by any chance A nice surprise for me when i popped home.............my son bought me two random kits as a pressie for doing stuff on his motorbike He`s not a modeller but he checked to see which were a good brand of kit and he got me these...   I was well chuffed......... Paul........i now have some armour back in the stash  |

Continuing the Warhammer theme....   These arrived today, to add to the ever growing army. I’m looking forward to building the vehicles, it may even get me going again on real subjects, of which I’ve got plenty to build. Once Telford is out of the way I’ve got no show commitments until February, so I’m hoping to crack on and knock a few builds out. |

I realy won't need to scratch the interior, but I'll have lots of work painting everything (many, many details), making a good and convincent wheathering (those Brazilian machines aren't to abused, so, I'll need light hands on that). After all those work, I'll need to close the hull (Mence said it'll be hard) and paint the beast with a mix of paints, as we do not have the original colors on the market. Will be simple! |
