Marco, better late than never mushty . Boots, well I have ordered some Vallejo Atlantic Blue Water effects from my LHS, but if I use it or not has to be decided . And no I ain't letting you lot decide . Wouts, pleased to have you along also fella . Yes, you are so right about it being small and ferkin scary too . Guy, you been at the scotch already ? I thought you was in on page 1 . Jeffers, many thanks indeed kind chap . Okay sirs, todays doings . I have made some stupid decisions in y life , but to work with PE in 1/700 has to take the biscuit . This being a trail run for the Tirpitz I have in the same scale, I decided to pinch the aftermarket PE from that kit and add it to this . Yeah I can hear yaz "the blokes gone a lost now, he'll be the loony bin next week" . Well I was close to the funny farm , specially after noticing tat they are absolutely no attachment points for the stuff . Anyway I got it on. All I hope now is, that it stays on and doesn't fly away when painting . Before anybody asks, the large threaded rod is not the troublesome PE part . Not satisfied with the PE torture treatment, I added the flashbags to the main and secondary artillery . Still got the PE ladders to add to the main turrets, but that'll be done tomoz
