Back the bench, this has been going for nearly 2 years now so am not giving up now. main body of the build is tucked away for christmas, so taking opportunity to work on some sub assemblies. for those who arent familar, it all started after I finished Industria Mechanika's remora. multiple image hosting Quite chuffed with this one, it took best in show at the IPMS Ireland 2014. so next image was my inspiration for making my own large barge.

And on to where i am now. Derek Hansen from Accurate Armour kindly ran me off three sets of the crane from his Challenger 2 ARRV kit. One almost done, 2 more to do. all primed up, wiring and pipework and some high-vis ends. Rams scratch built, fin on top has come off as it just looks stupid.

I love Industria Mechanika kits, in fact I have the Hornithopter. The barge looks splendid, and I'm sure I have seen it before. Your new project looks absolutely incredible, the level of detail and complexity

Wow!! Gets more and more impressive with every viewing! AA Cranes will be a great addition - this is definitely gonna be an absolute masterpiece when done!! Me and CeeBee were lucky enough to see this WIP when we attended the NIMA show in Belfast in March and as is always the case, piccies don't really do it justice...the thing is monstrous and an absolute belter!!! Makes the Orca look a bit sad!!!

Cheers Carl, 2 of these arrived friday and 2 sets of Gas bottles sets for load in barge. I am not overly scared of PE, but this will be a challenge.
