Thanks very much Ian Ok.....todays little episode Started on the turret but it needs some remedial work under the bustle......

Also i have re-done all the welds using Lionroars etch weld marks set for 1/35th AFV`s.........the turret weld will be done using 0.20mm rod (which is in situ) and then a tiny screw driver and TETC to make the weld beads..........i`ll do that later

Got a few more bits to do on the turret yet and then hopefully some grey stuff slung over it
Cheers chaps

Great fix! I forgot there was that difficult seam at the rear of the turret on the Tamiya M4A3.
Best wishes,
Ian

Great work on the turret old fruit, as for the vision block cages I find fine lead wire to be more forgiving and easier to work with than brass wire. Look on ebay for fly fishing tying gear.

A bit more.........scratched up the periscope frames as best as poss.......don`t want them neat as i`ve seen pics of these bent/missing/broken etc and i think under paint and weathering they`ll suffice , also added the hatches and attached some periscopes.......had to scratch one for the commanders hatch coz there are only 2 in the kit!! ...........remaining bits added to the turret itself and some figs just plonked in.......there is another figure to go in the bow gunners seat but he currently has a rather large cocktail stick up his `jacksy` and can`t sit down

Cheers chaps..........nearly at the Grey stage
