They are much better than 2 halves

They are much better than 2 halves Indeed Robbo, but the main part, the barrel, that we effective can see after the model is done, is one piece made with slide mold technic (a very good one)

Hi mates! I finished the build and applied some Mig One Shot grey primer on that. Before the primerage result, I'd like to show the pics of the beast without primer and the fantastic work that HB did to represent the Chamond badge in PE... Now, the primer and the colors that I'll use to (try to) paint the camo scheme. Hope you like! Time to start the nightmare paint work! ACC&?W

Very nice clean build mate, as you say the kit has some excellent detail. Will you be hand painting the camo?

THanks a lot Pete! No mate, I'll AB the camo. Mig paints have good colors but they're terrible to hand paint.

Indeed mate. Much of my camoed vehicles were painted free hand. I just don't work with enamels, only automotive or acryllics.

Thanks Paul! Well, as the IPMS show is knoking the door, I need to work almost every day. So, the first color is in! A kind of light blueish grey. Nothing much to see as it's almost the same color of the primer. But I liked and hope you too. Maybe tonight I'll paint the beige spots. We'll see. ACC&?W
