Beautiful work, Paul. The wing and strut assemblies look really solid.

Ian

Marco, Ian, cheers my dear fellows . Ian the wing structure is solid, which is a darned good move from Gaspatch . It allows you to keep these part separate for painting, which will certainly ease that splinter camo . Here's a tad more from today, the landing gear is in place and the engine has been started . You get a card jig to ensure the correct positioning of the landing gear. The engine is a gem, 19 parts go into this. I have added the first 14, and now I am looking at pics of how the wiring runs around to maybe pimp it a tad more .

Ian, Pete, Marco, cheers my dear friends . Today I have joined up the 12 part cowling . This is still in 3 parts and only held together with tape and a clamp for piccy purposes . The motor has also been primed, I'll get back to that shortly and maybe show a picture later .

Marco, Guy, cheers chaps . And yes after putting everything together it is worth the 12 parts . You do in fact end up with 3 sub-cowling parts, which actually click onto the motor without any glue , I am so impressed by this multi part piece .
