Decided to have a bit of a play.... Florist wire, twisted to create a trunk and branches, coated in liquid latex, to allow for adjustment and to give the next stage something to key to...  Plaster, PVA and a spot of black acrylic mixed to a paste and applied. I used a stipple brush to create a bit of texture.  Painted....  Woodland Scenics Medium Green Foliage mar added in bits, secured with hair spray!  Layout idea....  Taking shape.... polystyrene block, shaped, and covered with a thin layer of DAS clay, edged with styrene sheet...  Will now be left to dry out.

Continuing along... Left overnight to allow the clay to fully dry. Then sealed with PVA and left to fully dry (2 hours or so). Grey primer all over....  Once the primer was dry I started to build up the colours, using Vallejo Dark Earth, Tan Earth and final highlights with Light Brown..  More to come....
