Hetzer must have been a frightening vehicle to crew.
What’s odd about the decals?

Tommy it certainly was fella . Cramped with a crew of 4, a nightmare to load and fire the gun safely and lightly armoured. But despite all that, it was a nightmare for anyone coming up against one . Pete, I don't think you're going to have to wait to long ole chap

Cool Hetzer and Kyushu, Paul! That's funny because I just picked up a hard to find Japanese aircraft subject off Amazon. Photo to follow.

I had been looking for one of these for awhile and found one on Amazon. Hasegawa 1/48th scale Ki-100 bubble top which is the radial engine version of the Ki-61 Tony. Although not many were made, it's recognized as one of the finest fighters produced by the Japanese during the war.

I do like the idea of a Wingnuts kit but I fear that my modelling skills with aircraft just wouldn’t be able to do it justice.

Sweet score Joe! As far as I've been able to determine; that is the first time a 'stretched' Hercules has been kitted. I would love to get a few of those, enough to make a US bird, a Japanese bird and a British bird.

Hi Duke, this release is the standard Hercules, I believe a stretched version will be released next year at some point.
