Outstanding pick! The MK. IX is one of the most beautiful fighters around.
Best wishes,

Thanks Paul. Just bought the paint set for an early MkI plane before I got this one out of the loft, could have saved myself a few quid there eh I understand the Tamiya MkI is a lovely kit so I'll be adding that to the "to get" list

Starting real soon fellas, got a massive amount going on at home at the moment, stripping out a kitchen new one going in in two weeks, new boiler changing frmn standard to combi, contents of the airing cupboard being stripped out and decorating two bedrooms. I've never had so much going on at once.
The good news I've got the right colours for this plane so I've saved a few quid

Just an update on my lack of posting Manic since the end of last year, this actually started on Boxing day and I'm currently on my second lot of antibiotics, the offending wisdom tooth has been removed and I'm booked back in next month to see if they can save the tooth next to it, at the moment there is a huge abscess under it Also got this going on so normal family life has gone right out of the window The good news is the boiler is going in Saturday and the kitchen fitter is starting Monday so we can see a light at the end of the tunnel

Bloody nasty mate, I know how painful that can be having gone through it twice years ago. However at least the kitchen is getting there!

The worse bit about it is constantly sucking the puss out of it, it tastes foul and stinks
