Narwal's Nodes, Bub. I would have liked to seen the doors open also. I think you made the right choice to leave them closed though.

Cheers mucker Pete..... Ok.........brief U/D The lighter Sand colour added over the existing `Stone` colour..........a coat of `Future` to seal the decs in and ready for some more weathering, a couple of washes have been applied but i need to do some pin work on the detail.........also added the fuel tank and the cab is now fixed in place, that slight warp in the chass still gave me some ferkin` issues but i think i got there in the end. The decs were from a company called HGW and known as `Wet Transfer` ones..............you soak them for about 20 seconds and then apply to the model, they look quite shiny to start with but you have to leave them for 6-8 hrs, after that you remove the top shiny transfer film with the edge of a sharp blade and this makes them turn matt...thought they were quite good actually , i still have the stowage rack to add and also the front fenders need to be attached fully and also the glazing.........i might use my own as the kit glazing seem quite thick. Roof is still dry fitted btw... Thats all for the mo fellas.........more soon

Sponge mate I just applied over the top coat with the lighter coat sponged on..........this sorta gave it a sand blasted effect, it will tone down a tad with some more weathering

Feck me Boots , you have just destroyed the hairspray method . Must try that meself on something, seems easier and more controllable than the HS method . Smart ass
