Paul and Pete, these figures require no cleaning. They come with two different heads and rank patch decals and pe cap badges. Today was entirely modelling related and the woodbed is 80% done now. I added : - 2 Flak 38 gun barrel boxes (1 yellow and 1 dark grey). - 1 Flak 38 gunsight box. - 2 types of 2cm Flak round magazines. - 3 water cans (yellow/grey whit white cross). - 3 fuel cans (yellow/grey). - 2 200L barrels. - one camouflage net (paint tomorrow)... more to be thrown in. I hope you like it.

Thanks guys. I made a start with the tracks. I use the Magic tracks of my Dragon RSO which I'll build in the future with a set of Friuls. If the Magic tracks won't fit properly I take the Friuls as a resque.

I reckon you'll be safe with the Magic Tracks Guy, I have used them on Tamiya, Italeri, and Revell kits without any probs .

Ok now for something completely different...I had to toss the RSO straight in the bin as the wheels and drive sprockets weren't lined up properly and it became clear with the tracks on. The feckers sagged sideways! I won't give up on this diorama for Carl and tomorrow I'll start all over again with a Dragon RSO/01. Luckily all the goodies in the woodbed were glued on with Micro Cristal Clear so these were recuperated without a problem. I won't look back at this in a negative way as I practiced this three tone camo and I was pretty satisfied with the result.

That's a bugger mate but the speed you are going right now I'm sure you'll be back to the tracks stage by next weekend!

Damn, that is a shame fella. But at least you had a practice run and the tracks are already finished

Thank you mates. The Dragon kit has loads of tiny parts in pe and plastic. It will be a slooooow walk in the park, just not as easy as that. I spent two hours on 8 wheels as these need to be completed with a microscopic pe part that could have been molded on without a problem.
