That looks fabulous John and i must admit i feel slightly tempted!!........i`ve done the RAF Vosper but this one has always caught my eye, i`ve seen a couple of the large scale ones done as well and they are superb........just don`t have the room for those ones tho

Thx guys for dropping by. I apologize for not visiting the other builds so far, but I'm getting hell at work with the issue that is screwing the planet at the moment. I have a few days to rest dew to Easter, so promise to do that tomorrow. To the build..... Most of the sub assemblies are finished. Only the rear heavy machine gun remains and the two life rafts. Of course the glasses, but those will be placed after painting. Now to the problem I have encountered. The depth charges the kit provides have very little to do with reality. Should I leave them out and place the life rafts there as a lot of ppl d, or place them anyway? 🤔 I'll think about it tomorrow. Time for a glass of whiskey.... Have a good night everyone.

Thank guys. Managed to do some more work. Only some minor parts need to be painted and then the various subassemblies and minor parts can be glued. And a test fit for some parts. I must admit that fit is rather good for a kit this old.

Well guys, everything is in place now. I am still not certain if i will weather this one or leave it as it is. It is quite tricky, since it is a wooden ship, but the bridge and the torpedo launchers plus a few more things were made from iron... Well i still have to do the rigging and decals so i ave time to think about it. Feel free to say your opinion on the matter.
