Cheers very much Steve . Those pics will be very useful, another mate of mine has shown me pictures of BTR60 after being destroyed from a SA Eland main gun round. Might consider making both at some point .

Paul, sorry you had an issue with the wheels. You and I seem to be struggling with our armor wheels here, lately. Your aftermarket ones will look better, anyway, so it probably worked out for the better. Must be a helluva ride when they fire that cannon from such a small chassis.......drop in neutral and get ready? Regards, Ian

Cheers Ian, and yes you're right about the bad luck on the wheely parts . If that stonking great muzzle brake wasn't there it certainly would make a jump backwards . Here's some fun

Chaps I have added the new wheelage from Macone models . I had to remove the inner hubs from the kit wheels, but that went surprisingly okay. Only drawback, the spare wheel doesn't fit . So for now the kit one is in place, but I reckon I'll leave it off as it appears to be smaller than the others . I'm working on tarped stowage for the turret basket now, so with a little luck this could be called finished in a day or two .

The subtle sag adds to the overall look of this great build.

Those wheels look great and that aftermarket investment probably saved you some headache.

Thank you kindly chaps . All that was done today, was a matt coat from VMS and I started painting the stowage block. Will get some pics up when I get a tad further

Thank you kindly Joe . Well I finished this off last night, here be the final piccies for yaz I have purposely kept the weathering to dust only, the reference pics I have show these vehicles in good condition, apart from the sand rails on the front. Thanks for watching chaps, as always ACACW.
