Thanks Steve! It's a good little kit who's only drawback is the fixed gun. Otherwise, everything is quite smooth and easy to build.

Here's my latest progress on my M-109 Paladin for this week. I started adding the (almost) final detail parts on the M-109. On the back of the turret, there are these four boxes that attach to the rear stowage baskets. They had these dimples on the ends that I had to sand down. Here are two of them already sanded beside the other two so you can see what I had to deal with: After they were done, I added most of the rest of the parts to this so I could get started on painting it. Aside from a few parts that I know will break off during handling, painting and weathering; this beastie has everything it needs on it for paint: That's all for now, thanks for looking in, comments are welcome.

Thanks guys! Color is coming along soon. Marco, I won't be doing this in MERDC since they did not use that pattern in Vietnam. This is a Vietnam vehicle. I do have an M-109 A2 that will be in MERDC once I find it again. I will probably be doing the M-109 A6 in MERDC as well if that pattern fits... and I find my other -A6 kit to replace the missing piece.

Okay, here's the latest update on this gun. I started with adding a little filler on the sides of the turret mantlet frame: After that I shot a coat of paint over this: Later I installed the tracks on this beastie: The outer road wheels have separate "tire" sections that I decided to put on afterward when the tracks had been installed and painted: After a shot of glosscoat, I added the decals; which went on exceptionally well: Then I dullcoated this, added the final detail parts and weathered it. Now this beastie is done: More pics are in the finished Thread. Thanks for looking in , comments are welcome.

Thanks guys! The dust doesn't show up too well in pics, but it looks great in person.
Thanks again for the compliments guys!
