Heading in that direction too-either would be compatible in the time frame. The G3 does look a bit more suited to the "close in" nature of what I'm tryng to convey.

Well despite various attempts the G3 idea just didn't work, so I've reverted to the L96. Also replaced the head with a helmeted one so to avid any confusion with the badguys...  |
