Seatbelts are fitted (easier than I thought) and seat is fitted so I could fix the end of the seatbelt to the strut behind the seat part, if that makes sense. Anyway I'll get a photo when it's dry then you'll see what I mean
Still can't believe they didn't supply belts with a kit of this scale

Thank you kindly
I was tinkering with a few parts last night and the bad fit issues are starting to creep in. Not going to get despondent just yet, I'm sure I've done worse than this before.
Fitted the rear wheel before I glue up the rear end and there are three circular lumps of foam that are supposed to be tyres, not sure how these are going to take to being painted, we'll see soon

Show us a picture of the rear wheel and the foamy stuff Ian. We might have alternative idea . After all you don't want it to melt when paint goes on.

Paul I would of left them wheel off till it was painted learning my lesson from the last Spit but if you don't put them in now they aren't going in at all

It’s looking like a Spitfire buddy I think this sort of kit is the type you just build, if you look too hard at the fit and details you’ll lose the will to live let alone build it I know.. mines 1/2 built and in the loft :scared:

Your right there. Get this one done and move on. I was given this to build on a Facebook page by a friend so build it I will. I intend to build a quality kit after this one
