Started adding some hedge stuff...... not too sure if I like the flock yet. The branchy bits are Boxwood roots from the allotment . We'll see if the flock stuff stays when I start adding the leafy bits tomorrow

Love it mate but i`m with you regards the flock.........maybe because it is still new looking compared to the weathered vehicle.........toned down and blended in it will look different

Very nice. Dougal is starting to look like Predator now with that hedge cutter. 😬

Boots, Ian, Joe, Si, Pete, cheers indeed chaps . This one has gone on hold for a while, I have removed the twigged flock and darkened it more to get it blended better . But, I still need to get the branches with leaves sorted out. I have ordered some glycerin, so that I can try to preserve some real leaves, which I'll then stamp out with my leaves cutter from Green Stuff . Should get some results this week .

Nothing special Ian, I was aiming for an Engineers unit but couldn't find suitable decals . I ended up using decals from the 5th RTR, 22nd Armoured Brig., 7th Armoured Div. It's a long shot that they had this setup, but hey who says they didn't .

Today I started using the preserved leaves . After gluing loads of them with Loctite cyano to the boxwood roots this what you get . I'm not trying to make this look like camo, I just want the tank to look as if it has gone through a hedge a few hours ago, or at the most the day before . Still quite a bit to add yet, maybe by the end of the week this could be called done .
