This is my entry for the 1/72nd Group Build. Bit late I know, but I'll have to get my finger out.

Thank you gentleman. And thanks Paul, that's good to know Being late to the party, I've gone for a simple one colour scheme. The areas that are going to be painted interior green have been primed. A few cockpit parts have also been glued together. I'll hopefully paint the interior green tomorrow.

Cheers lads. Hope I don't disappoint. As you can see, I've painted the interior green, also the Sea Blue wing parts so I don't have to mask the undercarriage bays when I glue the wing halves together. The engine has been painted whilst still attached to the runner. Those two parts of that will be dry brushed before gluing them together. Tomorrow I plan to glue the wing parts together and if time, a little bit of progress with the cockpit.

Looks like a good kit. Good idea around the painting too, it certainly saves chasing small bit of plastic around with a brush !

Cheers lads, thanks awfully. A little more progress. The wings have been glued together, and the leading edge panted. I've gave all the other parts a coat of primer, and fully painted some of the other pieces.

Looks great fella, are you finding the paint interferes with the glue or are you removing it from the joints first?

Thank you gentleman. I do appreciate your posts. Looks great fella, are you finding the paint interferes with the glue or are you removing it from the joints first? Thank you Steve. I use Tamiya extra thin cement (destroyer of plastic & killer of paint). If it's only a mist coat, I find the glue dissolves it. If it's a thicker coat, I give it a light scrape over the joints just to make sure. Cheers, Joe.

The cockpit is basically the kit decals and a few blobs of paint. As the canopy will be closed, I'm happy enough with it
