The mixed camo is a great idea Ian, it’s hard to make the modern grey aircraft stand out but that’ll do t alright

Thanks, Marco! Moving along on the Italian F-104 and got the wings and tail sections on. Very trouble free build and just have to sand the spine seam and a fill a few punch marks. I did a test fit with the wing tanks just have to work on the seams on all the tanks as well. Best wishes, Ian

Pete, Joe, Marco----thanks so much. Small update on the F-104; the M61 Vulcan was removed on later variants to accommodate the avionics for the AIM-7 Sparrows so I filled in the gun port. I used the nose section from a 1/72 scale Sparrow missile (ironic) and placed that in the gun port recess and then filled in the top with Tamiya putty. I am getting that smoothed down now and it will almost be time for primer. Regards, Ian

Moving forward Ian, does the kit mention the ths AIM -7 modification or is it ‘overlooked’?
