Time to revive this one. I really need the space it takes on the bench! š I don't like shelf queens. So first i had to use putty and sand the torpedoes. That was a bit difficult due to the plastic. And after some primer at the lower hull, we have the first colour. Pics are not good but tomorrow i'll get some better ones with more parts painted. Let's see how this one goes.   |

Nice! I remember doing thse years ago, not as Greek ships but they fitted very good to the 1/72 scale.

Thanks for tagging along guys. Well primer was sprayed today. My airbrush gave me hell again. Anyway. Now for the difficult part of painting the deck a different colour than the rest of the ship. If anyone wonders why is that difficult, just look at the pics at the start of the thread and you'll see a pic from the air. All the gismos on top have to be painted the same colour as the sides.... If i knew that during assembly i would simply leave them aside. Anyway, onwards...  |

Ok ppl. We have colours. It wasn' t fun....   I also used Humbrol enamels. They still worked fine even after 20 years! Yep they were that old. I had the exact colours i needed in Humbrol so... I'll let it rest now and maybe if i find the time, start abusing it a bit tomorrow.    |
