Coming along very nicely Paul, Interesting that you opted out of the Miniart tracks but totally understandable. When I did Miniarts T60 kit, the tracks where not only tiny but a bit of a sod to clean up! Having built Trumpy T55 tracks I know they are pretty good and dirt cheap too

Cheers Si . I think Miniart have the same problem through their whole range. Even though the stuff has fantastic detail, it's just a real PITA to clean up, if at all possible

Good job so far Paul, the tracks look mighty fine and the dirt sits nicely.

Paul she is certainly looking very luvly indeed & a nice bit of green & with great tracks!! I am in a bit of a hold atm, as have not only done me bloody old back in, I was also about to start moving, rearranging the model room, so with the room & the back needing fixing for at least two months, not sure how much time I can get & handle at the bench atm.

Many thanks Guy . Mike, cheers mucker . It's a bloody shame your stuck in some deep poo at the moment, I just hope things get better for you soon ole chap. Back trouble is a serious issue and you certainly don't want to take that on the light side. Get yourself fit and when can join back in my friend. If I finish this early don't worry, I'll drop a second one in to give you some inspiration .

Chaps we have some serious movement here, I am glad to say that the Miniart part is over and I can now move on with the gun . Although I have slapped some Tamiya XF1 onto the gun cradle, I still have a few parts to add. The reason for the paint now is simple, I have learned in the past that you can't always get at certain areas after the assembly. So it's better to act up front and not regret seeing naked plastic later. The over spray from the main colour will do it's job on the darker areas later You could also look at it this way; if you can't get a hairy stick in there, then no way will a spray can or AB get in there
