Cheers Paul, Ian, Guy and, Boots. A couple of worn out homemade sanding sticks later, I've cleaned all the seam lines up on the road wheels. I'll make a start on the hull now.

Ah yes, isn't it just great to think that all those road wheels need painting . Still the build is looking very suave Joe

Cheers Guy and, Pete. I've gone as far as I can gluing as many parts in place as I can before applying the primer. I plan to use Ammo Mig One Shot Primer. This will be the first time I've used It, so any tips would be much appreciated.

Lovely awesomely clean build Joe . I have used that primer many a time, make sure the model is clean and grease free. Also be careful with thinning the primer, less is more in this case. And also don't try and cover in one shot, two to three passes are better .

I'm back home Sunday, so hopefully I'll give it a coat early next week. I took the kit with me to assemble while we were away.

Cheers Boots. The primer arrived, so hopefully I can get a coat on this week. Paul, it says to clean the airbrush out with MIG-2001 cleaner immediately. Is that necessary, or will any cleaner be ok? Thank you.

Joe don't leave it in the AB too long after spraying, it does dry off quite fast and does a priming job inside the AB. I clean my AB with a glass cleaner/alcohol (IPA) mix, 30% glass cleaner to 70% alc. You can also use the glass cleaner as a thinner, I advise the Aldi blue coloured one as that is what I use.

Thank you Paul (red zebra)
Thank you for your advice Paul, that's a great help. I'll get some before I use it.
Edit. I've just found a bottle of Surgical Spirit. Could I use that to clean the AB out?

Joe I have no idea fella how that reacts to acrylic paints fella . Before you use it, test it on some primer in a little pot first. The last thing you need is something turning into cement in your air-brush.

Thank you Ian, much appreciated. Sorry for the long time between updates. I primed all the parts using the Mig Ammo primer. I used it straight from the bottle, and it went on really nicely. I've also applied the top coat, and stamped out the mask for all the wheels.
