Chaps. We have a rolling chassis. Reason for the delay was the hub caps. They are supplied in chrome and Tamiya would have you paint them then apply a decal over the top. I wasn't convinced this was the best way to go so instead I applied a few coats of the body colour to the whole part then removed what I didn't want with one of Tamiyas really useful pointed cotton buds soaked in cellulose thinners. It took me three or four attempts but I succeeded, quickly sealing them with X-22 to avoid damage. I think they came out fine but I welcome your thoughts.   M. |

Thanks chaps. Next is the dashboard. You start with this.  Nice detail but a far cry from where it needs to be. So, after much effort, we get to this.  Its not perfect but if you consider you are viewing it more than twice its actual size, it should look just fine once it's fitted. ACW. |
