Needed a change so dug out a couple of busts that picked many moons ago. A trawl online and I found out how they go together (no destructions with them) so let the entertainment commence. Trooper.  I had started this one some time ago but was not happy. Cleaned reprimed and off we go. Officer.   Been working on the fancy work with this as some was damaged. Hope to give a better representation but will have to wait and see how it looks under primer. So, back to my roots so to speak, and more soon. Tim

I’m interested to see how this progress. I’ve a couple of guys to put together and paint myself.

Thanks for looking in chaps. Any questions stick your post up and I will do my best to answer \ explain things. Today blocked in most of the colours and started the process of shading the blue. So far I have used Black, Dark Prussian Blue, Prussian Blue and Medium Blue. Will leave to dry and revisit tomorrow. Might need a few glazes of Prussian blue or Dark Prussian blue to bring it all together, but reasonably happy with things thusfar. Tim

The thinners are all at the top of my work area to make them accesible. Revell Aqua & Humbrol Acrylic, Humbrol Enamel thinners, turpentine etc. Tammy X20 sits with the paints.

Just can't get into figure \ bust painting at the moment, back to the clean up bath and time to take a rest.
Will still be looking in, but for the time being, hope you all have a good or as good as possible christmas and lets hope 2021 is fecking better!
