Most kind of you all my good fellows Well........i told a little white lie , i thought i was finished but......i then decided after staring at it for about an hour that as much as i was happy with the foliage something was niggling me , i added the barbed wire around the top of the fence but that still didn`t solve the problem........to me the issue was height!!........here`s my theory....if ya gonna have a back drop it needs to be seen, with the car on the base it hid a lot of the ground work........soooo.....after a few evenings of gluing/shaping/adding more variations of colour i gained about another 20cm in height so when the car is in situ you can now see it slightly above the roof so it fills that dead space better.........also the darker tones on the car are more complimented by the light back drop rather than nothing at all.........much happier now , i`ve also matched the corner`s in their respective lower colour........i did this because the rusted section was just a big dark block, the added colours tend to break that monotonous tone down.............as i said......that was my theory and i think it worked....i think ............you tell me!!
I`ve opted for a early spring whereby the newer colours are breaking thru the older stuff....... i only used just a very small amount of the Sage colour just to catch the eye and not over power( i did have some larger clumps in originally but i found myself constantly being drawn to them due to the lighter colour......so i lopped them and went much smaller).....hence why i set it in the corners
Before.....
After....

I tried using C/A at first but that weren`t a lot of use with this stuff.........i did have some PVA and that was ok but took a while to dry but i happen to be in The Range craft store and i bought some of this........it`s the nuts for gardening
The car is virtually finished so next pics should be done and dusted
