After careful consideration I have decided to go with a ZAKU, or was it just an impulse buy. No, I considered a tank, but then I’ve done a few in a row so need a change. I was considering doing the Ace Faces scooter that Jimmy had just thrown over a cliff, but that would be sacrilege. I was considering a car, but Boots has got that. Armorguy is doing Star Wars and since I live in Japan, I will do Gundam. I read Gundam when I was studying Japanese and my favorite was always the ZAKU. Should be fun to do after my Honey (which is taking longer than I was expecting). Obviously not sure how I will wreck it yet, but that’s definitely going to be the fun part.  |

What what? Something Gundam related AND you live in Japan? I'm jealous mate  Good to see something from the Gundam universe being built. After building my first Gunpla last year (Tallgeese) I can say that those Bandai kits are ace. Looking forward to this Zaku being built! |

I’ve looked inside the box and there is far more to it than I was expecting for the price. All the parts look very crisp. Seems I made the right choice. |

It’s a fun build. Easy to follow instructions and I didn’t notice when I bought it that you don’t need glue. Using it anyway. There lots of ball joints so the figure will be totally posable once finished. Though, with what I am planning, it will be fixed into position. I’m thinking end result after going 10 rounds with Gundam; lots of scratches, scars, bashed up bits. Well, you get the idea.  |

Got the arms on now. Can see why these are so popular. Interchangeable hands and weapons. Once you’ve built it you can play around with it.
There was a news story about something or other and the bloke being interviewed had a blue Gundam sitting on his PC.
