Now that is stunning, washes are spot on.
I like the look of that foliage, never done that to a model but I think I will soon now I've seen how good it looks

Tommy, Guy, & Robbo.. Thank you chaps. Sorry for the very late reply. It's about time I finished this one. It's only the figures to be painted, then I'm calling it done. I've been struggling to get the finish I wanted, and never quite got there. I'm going to add a bit of highlights, and some uniform markings. Wheather I'm happy or not, that will be it.

Looks good to me. Just a bit of dry brushing on the uniform with a lighter colour is all I could recommend.

They work for me Joe . Figure painting is, as I have said on the Scorpion build, a real chore for me and I believe many others here too. But looking at those two dudes, I'd say you have the knack for it

Thank you Tommy, Paul, Si, Ian &, Marco. It's more down to the superb moulding rather than any skill on my part. I tried several times to paint the eyes the way Shep Paine demonstrated in his book, How to Build Dioramas. I had some good results following that in the past. But that was probably best part of 40 years ago and I've lost the knack of it since then.

The flat coat has pulled the paint nicely together giving a superb finish by the looks of it fella. Figures are coming on too

Cheers Steve and Guy. Thank you muchly. I've called the two dudes finished. I've picked out some detail and gave them a coat of varnish. I'll pop them next to the Marder, and take a few photos over the weekend.

Thank you Pete, Boots, Tommy and, Paul. Much appreciated chaps. I think it's more down to the moulding of the figures rather than any skill on my part. I'm calling it done now. I've put both the figures inside the fighting compartment as I'll only loose them if I don't. I'll post some more photos later. Thanks for everyone's encouragement.
