OK chaps still in a lot of pain so I am taking some sick leave for the first time to try to rest this foot. Every time I go to work I end up with an ice pack on it when I come home. Got a doctor calling me back this afternoon.
On a good note I did some painting, only the life rings just waiting for them to dry and I'll pop em on the boat. Should be able to get some more done as I'm going to be off for a while

Paul I've been told to stay off it, I've tried to work with the pain for over a year now and this is the first time they have said stay off it. Going to see the GP this afternoon so they are are on it now. It's getting me down so much I'm thinking of retiring for work

Yup, going to need a bit of repairing but it's still all there, I told Dick my intentions and he nearly choked on his coffee. I haven't broke the news to CeeBee yet as it may finish him off. My unfinished dio has been the brunt of ridicule on my part for years
