OK good news on the doctor front, ligaments and tendons are very inflamed so pain relief is fighting a loosing battle. On strong anti- inflammatory and a new pill so they don't send me running to the toilet every half hour, so feeling hopeful that light maybe at the end of the tunnel, please god

Wait, what, you saw a GP? I can’t see mine, they only read the notes that the nurses take. Apparently they are too important to risk actually seeing a patient. Even though they had their second jab weeks ago  So I’m having a potential minor heart problem investigated by proxy. He did say that if I felt concerned I should NOT call the GP but 111 and if I feel unwell, then call 999. To$$er... |

Right bit of a hiccup with the meds at the moment as the meds prescribed have affected my blood pressure meds and I have had a headache for over a week now. Doctor only told me tonight that they affect bp meds so I took my bp and it is well up.
One step forward two steps back
Going to half the medication starting tomorrow to see how I get on

The NHS situation is certainly not doing very well at the moment, once it was a world leader but
now due to all the cuts... well.
I hope things get better with some professional help soon Ian, hang in there fella.
