Starting to assemble the main bits for this long planned idea. Figures are ongoing and once all but done I'll be able to plan out the size of it all Vehicles from Academy and Arii Figures from Masterbox and Diopark Buffalo from Red Zebra Some vegetation from the aquarium aisle in the pet shop Some more odds and sods from spares box and scratherised    |

It's been awhile so an update is due I suppose. I've been picking away at the base and started to mock things up. The "building" is a Reality in Scale bus shelter that I'm thinking of using as a roadside stall or maybe even as intended... Either way it will serve, along with vegitation to hide the landing stage and sampan behind... Ground cover is from diodump, jungle floor cover (dark green) general ground scatter and their vietnam earth... Also planning quite a bit of extra vegitation along the riverside.   AC&SGW P |

Cheers all. ROBBO, I've got a few more Nam ideas bubbling away so keep your eyes peeled. Here's things with the mai. Cast just tacked on for a sense of it all. Supporting cast in progress.  . Next job is to start on the vegetation. That should be fun. I've hot a mixture of plastic, paper and natural bits to add. Should keep me busy for a night or two. |
