With the time flying past, I thought I'd better get on with my build for, Let's support the troops GB. I've still have 33 days left I believe, but that will soon go! With the majority of the painting completed, I can concentrate on the assembly. I've threaded the wire through the vinyl pipes ready to be wound round the hose drums. I have some thin lead tape which I'll try putting inside the headlights to see how that works out. I will polish the lead, punch out a disc, and drop it into the headlamp before gluing the transparent lens in place.  |

Smooth paint work Joe! Which color? Thank you Paul and, Marco. Paul, I'm sure you will get yours done with time to spare. Marco, the paint I used was Ammo Mig USAAF Olive Drab. (A.MIG-237) It doesn't look right in the photos, but I think that's down to my photography. |

It looks good, pics however don't always show the real colours, I struggle with it too sometimes.
