Ok chaps.......a weeny bit done, a bit more weathering around the turret ring, also the ration boxes have had the decs added and the wheels and lower running gear have had a bit of work. i had to re spray all the wheels as the first attempt of weathering i wasn`t happy with at all...........i`m happier this time tho
More as and when..........i still need to do the logs on the side and then i can finish off the turret
Cheers y`all

Pete and Marco.......thank you both very much, unfortunately one of the day-light tubes in my modelling lamp has packed up so the light ain`t great as i`m only running on one...........they are 18 inch tubes and i`ve managed to track some down on line so i have ordered two, if one has finally packed up then the other one must be due to at some point

Where’d you find the tubes, I’d better get a couple in. Running gear looks ace BTW

Wout`s, Ian, Tommy, Paul and Steve...............thanks very much chapsies Steve......to be honest i`ve had this light for nearly 3 years now and it`s on all the time i`m in my mancave so thats not bad, i found them on line easily........i just typed in 15W F15 T8/D tube and i found a Co called lampco.co.uk (The Lamp Company), they were about a fiver each but there is a couple of quid for P&P.

Most kind of you Guybro but you defo do not need to take up knitting Another brief update......... These are the logs which are provided in the kit to hang off the sides, as you can see they are a bit lifeless and remind me of small plastic screwdrivers
So i decided to rectify this and scratch my own............from a special `scratch tree` near where i walk the dog
A couple of shots with turret in place...............the turret is still WIP BTW
more as soon as....

Looks like you shrunk the real "Fury." And don't let Patton catch you with non-sanctioned timber armor on your Sherman.
