Thanks awfully chaps. Ian, yes, Tamiya's design of the fuselage is amazing. I've painted the lower wing section white, and the two upper inboard sections Light Gull Grey. I think these will need another coat before I'm happy with the finish. I've a few bits and pieces I can stick together to progress it a bit more while giving the paint a day or so to harden off

Just a small update. I've given the engines, which are behind the auxiliary air intake doors a wash to bring out the detail. The forward undercarriage bay has also been given a wash before being assembled as well as the internal surfaces of the exhaust. Even though you can see very little once assembled, Tamiya have even added rivet detail inside these! Just noticed I forgot to paint some details inside the undercarriage bay.
