Thanks, guys! I did some more work on this over the past few days. I got the band tracks put back on after hitting them with Vallejo Track Primer. I also had the turret track link holders on wrong from the original build so I removed them and repositioned them. I then painted on the turret bands and ID chevron using Tamiya White. Lastly, I shaded the panel lines and recesses with Tamiya Smoke. Next will be some washes!

So next I have added the heavier pin washes to all the raised and recessed areas of the vehicle. I used Ivory Black and Raw Umber with Mineral Spirits. For the wheels, I used a wash of Pledge Floor Care and Acrylic Black, as this lends a much heavier contrast. I also laid down some Vallejo Silver on the cupola periscopes as a base for some black-blue overlay, later.
