While doing the LAV thing I am also doing something completely different, had to wait a couple of times for paint to dry etc...
Started a Canadian AVGP Grizzly (Early) by Trumpeteer, 6 wheels instead of 8, so completely different
Want to make this one in UN colors, and probably covered in mud, a lot of mud.... almost stuck in mud so to say.
Noticed on the LAV's that the Trumpeteers were nicer detailed than the other brands, and this one again, nice undercarriage to build.
Got the kit on a bargain, and also got a PE set on discount, although that is for a Cougar. But Cougar, Grizzley, they are all 6 wheelde animals whit the same base so...
Whilst building it, I found some nice youtube video's on this one, and there fore was warned about the absence of any disription in the instructions on how to build the turret, it goes from building the guns to adding them to a completed turret..
For the rest a very nice kit, nicely detailed, and the PE set made me realise again that I am not a big fan of using that stuff.... tiedowns that are really tiny.. trying to get them to stick to a spot...
