Very slow going. I have made some progress though.
These pictures are not in any particular order but gives a basic idea of what's going on.
   
One side assembled.
Currently working on the hangers. My third attempt at getting them somewhere close to acceptable.
More as it happens.

So except for paint and final fit, I've got one side done.
The holes hit the tabs.
They hang relatively straight.
And the height and alignment are not too bad and will get tweeked on final fitment.
Now all I have to do is make the other side match.
