You made a super job of that fuel line.
You set my rehabilitation back about 6 months doing that

Those tracks look a lot of work. I'm sure the finished product will look great.

Evening chaps, thanks as ever Been busy in the real world of late, not much time for modelling or forum…managed to grab a few hours at the weekend. Worked my way through the tracks, all cleaned up and ready to go together and moved onto the turret. Some iddy-biddy bits that would of got knocked off still to go on…..all balanced together for a cheeky picture
The pile of plastic is reducing nicely and now down to the last few steps in the instructions. A few spare bits left over, sure to come in handy when I build one of the others in the stash.

Nice progress Si. It's always good to see the sprue count go down. I feel I'm making progress when there are fewer parts in the box

Thanks for stopping by chaps Well progress has been super slow. Lost the bench ,aka kitchen table, over Christmas as some inconsiderate so and so’s wanted to all eat around it Also I got farm simulator 19 for free a while ago but never got round to trying it. Started play last weekend, then found driving all the farm gear round and managing the crops very addictive! Managed to pull myself away from the Massey Ferguson long enough to get some more done though…. So since it was last seen, The type59 has had a coat of Mr Surfacer 500 ( I think) stippled onto the turret to add a bit more texture, even though it already had texture it was quite refined and these thing weren’t made pretty. When fitting the turret roof there was a slight gap around the edges so I added some slightly thicker welds with a bit of green stuff….the lifting hooks got the same treatment as although they had moulded on weld around them it wasn’t a very good fit….easy fix though. Both track runs glued up then removed for paint and mudguards added. Made up the front lights and guards and MG was also assembled. Started adding the last few small bits and PE last night but found my CA has gone off, is completely useless and I need a new pot Oh well…..good excuse to get an order in online

Si, your build looks great and hard to believe that's 8000 pieces packed in there. And yes, those simulator games are addictive.

Si, great job! Perfect primer! And if you think that farm game is addictive; stay away from the Elder Scrolls Online!
