Oh shite My fault entirely, missed out some of the tubing and because it's such a tight fit in there I had no alternative. Still, a bit of muttering and a hand full of screws and we were good. Anyhoo, back from the Lancing show early as it was a tad disappointing and cracked on. Upper engine bay frame, dashboard, windscreen mounts, rad, fan, oil cooler and lots of hoses. The braided hose is a real pain as its too small internal diameter to fit over the locating pins so I had to trim off the pins, drill 0.35mm holes, superglue in a short lengths of armature wire and slip the hoses over that. Painful but rewarding.  Need to refine some of the cable / hose routing but we're getting there. |
