Re the nationality, seems to be Iraqi. Although some other countries have turrets mounted on trucks also.  Syria Army  Syria/Iraq border (Isis)

Because of my Dodge with rockets and your truck with gun I was looking around for something more like that, and came across this site: www.reddit.com/r/shittytechnicals/ full of pictures of vehicles and wapens that are not supposed to be connected to eachother.. some nice pictures and lots of ideas there.

Slow day today, redid the wheel master, and also an out rigger jack, moulds made and a sample cast (also gave me a new excuse to play with my new vacuum pump) :-)
