A Tamiya kit, NOT!!!!!! There are three figures which are Tamiya and a book, the rest is Italeri. First point of concern is this; Got to go and hunt down some 0.2 mm clear plastic. Also these decals look ancient and to make matters worse they are actually printed upside down!!!!!!! Will they be reliable? Anyway, tally ho chaps.

Looking forward to this one, Tommy. You should be able to run down some clear sheet stock for the windows. I believe Evergreen makes clear plastic sheets.

Looking forward to seeing one take shape . That should be in there Tommy, check the bags again, maybe you missed it. I built this years ago when it first released by Italeri. There are some tricky bits, but it builds into a bloody good model

It should be in the box.

Tommy, if is missing then just look around your dwellings. I am sure you'll find something useful in between all those packaged things everybody has. Take x-mas crackers for example, the plastic window in the box is very useful .

Yes I do find packaging is a great source of clear parts, usually nice and thin and easy to cut.

There was no clear plastic in the box but did use some packaging as recommended by all. Going to have a door open so need to spray the inside, hence the masking tape

Are you modelling on Christmas day Tommy? Oh yes. Family had retired early since my daughter was up at 3 and then 4:30. I went back to bed once the presents were open.

I would Like to say I was enjoying this, but NO. It has been a tough job, but glad to say it is getting there. Added a bit of internal stowage which might just be visible Hopefully no surprises with the turret......

The build looks great so far, Tommy, but sorry you are having to battle the kit.

The ol Stag is looking good here Tommy! Its a nice kit that is not overly complicated like some others. I did one awhile back but botched it at the end...Should really just finish it anyways.
