Going to create a diorama for my Polish staghound. Seen many times that the staghound, because of its size was only used as a command/liaison vehicle. I am going to have mine on a street corner, with Scottish troops going forward to the line. For the ingredients I have styrene board, staghound, tamiya British troops on patrol (2 with hornet heads wearing Tami shanters), Miniart road signs Italy which includes the lamppost and what other odds and sods I can cobble together. Speaking of cobbles, yes. And a building or wall. Just as MarkNZ is doing and uncle night shift has done. ![](https://i.ibb.co/x6rQnPb/99-A9-C39-E-1773-4784-8-BB4-6331-E17006-CC.jpg) Going to buy a figure playing the bagpipes tomorrow.

Thanks Mark. Hopefully I can pull it off without a hi tech wire cutter like you have.

Very nice Tommy ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png) . All you need is a pencil, ruler, back edge of a no.11 blade or similar and maybe a tooth pick ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

Not for cutting neat chunks for houses though.
You definitely need a hot wire cutter to make the buildings.

Thanks Marco. After a search for cobbled streets Italy, I came across this design, which I am going to use. ![](https://i.ibb.co/9qvjD2w/F3-AF0542-DC70-417-F-8718-1-D100-A0-A4283.jpg)

Here is the bagpipes. ![](https://i.ibb.co/zxTL4DX/C4-E693-C2-CB13-4-E86-8-DA7-82-FE87-DBFA79.jpg) Got 9 figures and counting for this scene. To give an idea of size - it is A4 paper size.

Thanks. I was thinking the kilt would be quite easy. Not so sure now ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png)

Good to see this one receiving a base. With Uncle Nightshift techniques you can't go wrong (strange I'm calling a younger bloke 'uncle' lol)
