Thanks, Joe! MHO is a soup sandwich, today. Horrible log-in problems. Anyway, made some progress on the Etendard and got the wings attached. Looks like everything is neutral when they are parked so slats and flaps will be retracted. Fit was so-so and part of the wing root was a short-shot on the sprue so I will fashion a sheet stock filler piece.

Boots, Marco---thanks, guys! Mr. Boots, in answer to your question there are pop-up speed brakes/dive brakes on top of the wings which Kinetic rendered in PE form. Also, the entire horizontal stabilizer on the Etendard moves so there is a large buffer plate on the stab that rests against the vertical tailplane. Basically a plate between the edge of the stabilizer and the actual tail.

This is a nice looking kit Ian. So often the endplates are moulded in plastic which is far too thick.
