I don't think I'll finish it this year, there's still a lot to be done here. Looking at all the other builds... I won't finish anything this year I think... and I won't start a new kit either

Hi everyone !!!
Small update today,
Bronco GAZ 69 M, my plan was to add the stickers to the dashboard...
But after awhile... disaster... of the 9 decals... I managed to save only 2. N# 12 and 15.....
Dragon M50 Sherman... well this wasn't fun either... most of the tools don't fit... I will need putty on at least 5 Hull Holes...
KP Su-7 BM Czech Version, I added the Wings.
That's it for today, I might work a little tomorrow or Sunday.
Maybe next week I will have a Putty Party with the M50, and both Su-7 BM's from KP that will need work... this will be fun.
Perhaps another small update

Ouch, that is so annoying with the decals and the misplaced holes on the M-50. I wouldn't use putty, this could shrink on larger holes. Use some stretched sprue and cut it down when the glue has set . The Su-7 however is looking rather cool

That sht about those decals, and strange you have these non fitting tools on that M50, I didn't have that problem, I got the tools on before adding that stowage on mine...

Couple of bumps in the road,Man. Hang in there. As for the holes,Paul beat me to it. Stretched sprue is the way to go. Load it from the outside, narrow end first. Pull it through till it's tight and glue it from the inside. A trim here and a sand there and bingo, hole's gone.

Got it with the hammer and another tool and those air scoops with the mesh PE on both sides that didn't fit the holes. I will go for the stretch sprue tip and give it a try.
About the decals... well there's nothing I can do. I think the other decals for the doors and bonnet won't work either... damn.

Well still a lot to be done on Su-7 too,
Thanks !!

Sorry about the decals, John. i remember about the tools on the M-50 kit. I think Dragon combined so many different Sherman sprues in their M-50 kit, I wondered if those tools weren't supposed to be for that particular hull.

Small update ::
KP Su-7 BM :: working on the undercarriage and wheels,
Added some details, and now you can clearly see the gaps that will need work ... next year
I added the more parts, it's in a different plastic too..
And here you can see both birds side by side, the one with the tail is the Czech version, the other one it's the Warsaw Pact , I'll make it a Polish one.
Bronco GAZ 69, and I worked a little one the Shelf Queen Cold War Bronco kit...
I also gave another light coat of Red Primer on the Panzer IV Ausf.A turret, I hope tomorrow I'll give the hairspray coat, and Tuesday the Panzer Grey coat.. let's see how that goes.
That's it for today !!
