Cheers Marco mushty . Today I have been all over the place on this . To start off, rather than painting the clear parts after paint, I decided to paint the front, back and sides with Vallejo Panzer Aces no.309, Periscope colour and mask the area that remains clear. Don't know if we'll see much of the periscope colour later, but I thought it was worth trying out . After that, I sorted the RB Gun Barrel and the Dragon gun mount out and, did a quick dry fit to see how it looks . Then the radiators and cooling fans were the primed and sprayed with Tamiya Hull Red XF-9. When dry, which should be soon, I'll give them a dirty wash and maybe throw some dusty pigments over these and call them done . I have just unmasked the optics, and I am really pleased with how they turned out.

The optics look great, Paul. I picked up a bottle of Ammo Mig Crystal Periscope Green yesterday. Hope it looks as good as that when I use it.

Paul, excellent work on this! The tracks look amazing and I love all the weathering accents you did on the deck and around the hatch. The jack looks amazing, too.

The tracks look perfect, the right tension and that little sag. The camo of this one is truly brilliant with that faded look

Cheers Guy . The correct tension was achieved by leaving the rear idler lose, until the tracks went on . That way I could just pull them back and fix them with glue in the correct position

Muchly appreciated Ian . You cannot beat metal tracks, just a shame they are so hard to find now.
