Thanks guys. Here is the latest. Used Lifecolor Burned for more rust effects. Forgot the decals so put them on and painted on some more rust effects.

The only way I know of is to use cotton wool. Add to the chimney, mask the top part of the chimney and then spray with very low pressure, dark and light grey colours onto the cotton wool. Don't use black, that is way too heavy for smoke. You could add a piece of brass rod and build the cotton wool up around that .

Just catching up and looking very nice indeed. Smoke, that’s an interesting one as I’ve always found that however well it’s done it still looks like what is is. Of course, horses for courses and all that.
